ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Accounting Associate. If you're a well-organized team player, we want you to join our team! Automotive experience is not necessary 

This position reports to: Controller 

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: 
- Reconcile cash receipts, process daily bank deposit, and take deposit to the bank 
- Post internal service RO's and update all service and parts invoices daily 
- Reconcile internal work orders, repair orders and inventory 
- Reconcile manufacturer's Parts Statement 
- Assist in bi-weekly payroll 
- Reconcile vehicle purchases 


Must Haves: 

* 1-3 years successful hands on experience in an accounting or finance function in a retail environment (dealership level - would be ideal) 
* Basic academic training in accounting, bookkeeping 
* GREAT attitude - positive and helpful; works well in a fast paced retail environment 
* Good verbal communications skills 
* Interested in and adaptable to working with different types of software

Full Time Alignment Technician (310S, or 310T).

ToyotaTown in London ON is currently looking for a Full Time Alignment Technician (310S, or 310T).  Our Alignment business is growing!  We have acquired the latest Hunter Alignment drive through checker machines as well as two Hunter alignment racks. 

Required skills and experience:

·  Team player with a focus on efficient, quality workmanship

·  Ability to achieve deadlines in fast-paced environment

·  Attention to detail, quick learner and ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks

·  Strong commitment to CSI

·  Working on both internal and/or customer pay

Responsibilities and duties include:

·  Complete repairs as per estimates in a timely fashion

·  Road test vehicle before and after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly

·  Maintain high quality of workmanship to ensure CSI

·  Maintain tools and equipment in a satisfactory manner

·  Accurately diagnose problems using proper procedures

·  Clarify concerns with service advisor as required

·  Recommend additional repairs as required

·  Obtain proper authorization for all repairs

·  Ensure clear, accurate written documentation of all repairs

·  Ensure customer vehicles are returned in a clean, satisfactory condition

·  Repair vehicles within the guidelines and parameters of warranty as required
