Good dealer,

I have sampled a few of the other Toyota dealers around the region and I always find myself coming back to ToyotaTown. This isn’t a bad thing, they do their best to work with you when you get to talk to them. Not big on unnecessary upsells which is huge plus.

For service, I’d recommend knowing your specific vehicles maintenance schedule before booking an appointment. Know what you want to have done when you make the call to book. They will do the work but you must mention it to them. You will likely go to voicemail when you call the dealer to book your appointment. They will always will return your call by end of business that day.

Their talented team helped me greatly when I had a rodent chew some wires on my vehicle. Borescope image of the damage was presented to me and appropriate repairs were made in a timely manner.

Also like to point out a recent brake service I had done. Brakes were replaced based on evidence of brake pad wear which was properly shown to me. Thank you for this evidence based approach rather than upselling.

Sales department is also great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that long wait times for vehicles are due to Toyotas allocation process, not the dealer (a whole other story). They will get you the car when they can. They do well working with the system they have to work with.

Nothing is perfect. Sales, parts and service will work with you when you talk to them.
