I had a very positive experience at my last appointment at the store. While booked for snow tire/summer tire swap, the service adviser (MJ RIZKALLA) had gone through the history and had recommended other overdue services which were added without having to return on another day. He had also answered my question of squeaking noise from the blower motor. Very professional.
